Regenerative combustion system
Aluminum melting furnace regenerative combustion system consists of regenerative burner (including regenerative burner, fuel burner, regenerator ), air change valve, fuel change valve, gas supply pipeline, pressure maintaining valve, combust-supporting air duct and blower, fume ductwork and induced fan, air compressed pipe, air compressor, regenerative combustion automatic control system and other equipments.
1. Regenerative burner
The regenerative burner that is made up of burner nozzle, regenerative chamber, metal shell and refractory, is main used to provide a safe channel of combustion, and recycle the afterheat of the high temperature flue gas, then to heat the combust-supporting air. The regenerative chamber is the storage room of the heat retainer, which can be made into circle or square. It is built-in the high alumina ceramic as the regenerative material, which is of high regenerative efficiency. Under the normal working condition: the ceramic ball of the heat retainer need to clean and replace once every 2~3 months. It will take about one hour when replace the ceramic ball, and the replaced dirty ceramic ball can be re-used after cleaning.
